Conditions of Enrolment

Your enrolment is only accepted; once a deposit of £650 (£200 non-refundable) or the full fees have been paid in advance. And the completed enrolment form has been returned. Fees are due 4 weeks prior to course entry. Fees do not include any bank charges.
A student is offered a place at the school on the understanding that he or she will remain for the full duration of the course as specified. In the event of a student leaving or being dismissed before the termination of the agreed course, Bournemouth Academy reserves the right to charge in full any balance of fees outstanding.
There will be no re fund in the event of late arrival, leaving or being dismissed before the end of the course (the school principal will exercise discretion in extreme cases).
The school principal reserves the right to dismiss a student from the school in the case of unsatisfactory attendance, work or conduct.
In the event of visa refusal, student fees will be refunded less £75 administration fee. In order to receive a refund, students must provide Bournemouth Academy with the original refusal letter.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made via the agent representative, to whom the fees were originally paid to the bank account or sent by cheque. Bank charges will be paid by the student. All refunds will be made within 30 days of written confirmation, once received by the College. In the event of Bournemouth Academy cancelling or terminating a course, a refund of unused fees will be made.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of tuition an accommodation fees will be made of a visa rejection, on receipt of written confirmation and relevant original supporting documentation. In cases where cancellations are made more than 7 days before the first course date, 100 % of the tuition and accommodation fees will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the first course date, tuition fees will be refunded, less one week’s tuition fees and one week’s accommodation fee. Before any refunds under this policy are made the College requires that all original documents issued by the College are returned to the College. Once visa of any kind has been issued no refund can be made.

How to Enrol

• Complete the enrolment form
• Attach 2 passport photos
• Send a deposit (or full fees) of £650 payable to Bournemouth Academy

Once accepted, Bournemouth Academy will send / give you

• Confirmation of your course and fees paid
• Your host family name and address
• Information relating to Bournemouth Academy, Bournemouth and the surrounding area and travel details to the Academy
